Camille O'Sullivan

Quirky and hugely talented Camille O'Sullivan takes us through her favourite songe from Bowie, Nick Cave, Leonard Cohen and others.Her voice is a delight and ideally suited to Cohen's songs in particular though she seems equally at home whatever the material. I last saw her at the RSC doing "The Rape of Lucrece" so I knew we were in for something special - and indeed we were. A range of songs delighted us and her unaccompanied folk tune was a real highlight. The sound levels can be a bit high so sit at the tables round the edge, put your feet up, relax and enjoy the music.

This is the sort of show it is ideal to end your day with - Camille herself was off to try the Death Ride in the fair next door but then that is no less than we would expect from this crazy, wonderful, lady.
